Harry Pandia
Co-Founder
With over 20 years in the first aid and health and safety sector, Harry heads First Aid Safety, providing high-quality, life-saving training to organisations across the UK.
Having co-founded the company in 2012, he enjoys helping his customers with their training needs to ensure their workplaces remain compliant.
Interests outside of work: Passionate about prioritising optimal health and mental well-being through weight training, keeping active and good nutrition.
Enjoys travelling to experience foreign culture and is an avid armchair Liverpool FC fan.
Robert Johnston
Lead Instructor
With over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering adult and paediatric first aid training, Robert is known for his calm and engaging teaching style that connects with his learners.
Joining First Aid Safety in 2015, Robert has become a key member of the team, supporting learners and organisations with their training.
Interests outside of work: Love for his family, weight training novice, Sunday run, dabbles in cooking, St Lucia and a die-hard Manchester United fan win or lose.
Neil Bevan
IQA (Internal Quality Assurer) and Lead Instructor
With more than 23 years of practical first aid and mental health experience, Neil ensures the highest standards across our training while delivering a wide range of courses.
His passion for helping people grow in confidence has made him a trusted instructor at First Aid Safety for the past 8 years.
Interests outside of work: Travelling, trail walks and exploring the various parts of the UK, from Dorset to remote areas of Scotland.
James Thornby
Lead Instructor
James joined First Aid Safety in 2022 and brings over 8 years of practical first aid experience to his role.
His background in the leisure sector and emergency response has shaped his engaging and supportive training approach.
Interests outside of work: Frequent airmiles to Spain and activities that keep him active and connected with others, such as running and long walks.
Haydn Glick
Lead Fire Safety and Health and Safety Instructor
With over 23 years of experience in health and safety, Haydn specialises in fire safety, general health and safety, and bespoke risk assessments.
He has delivered fire marshal at First Aid Safety for the since 2021, helping organisations across the UK build safer working environments through practical training.
Interests outside of work: Spending time with family, exploring new places, and unwinding with films and music, and another arm chair Liverpool FC fan.
Paresh Chavan
Accounts Manager
Paresh has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting and has supported First Aid Safety for 13 years.
He plays a vital role in ensuring smooth financial processes across bookings, invoicing and reporting while helping the business stay efficient and well organised.
Interests outside of work: Travel, films, live music and staying active through sport.
