Harry Pandia
Co-founder
With a little nudge, I started First Aid Safety (FAS) in 2012, but my journey in first aid and health and safety began much earlier, back in 2005. I quickly discovered that there’s something uniquely rewarding about helping people gain skills and confidence to save lives, and that has driven me ever since.
With over 20 years of experience in the first aid sector and 13 years leading First Aid Safety, I have an extensive understanding of compliance-based training.
What I enjoy most about my role is interacting with our clients and supporting them to achieve their training objectives. There’s nothing more rewarding than hearing how a course attendee used their skills gained in our training to help someone in an emergency - that’s when you really feel the impact of your work.
One of my profound memories was delivering training to our 1,000th learner, a reminder of how far we’ve come since founding FAS. I hope all our clients value our commitment to going the extra mile in everything we do.
Outside of work, I enjoy weight training (as far back as I can remember) to keep myself physically and mentally fit. This allows me to focus my energy on the things that matter to me most in life, optimal health and your loved ones.
I also love travelling to explore different cultures and lifestyles. If I weren't running First Aid Safety, I’d would have pursued something creative and equally rewarding, like graphic design or personal training and nutrition.
