Paresh Chavan
Accounts Manager
I have been part of First Aid Safety for 13 years, but my journey in accounting began much earlier. I have over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, managing teams or departments with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance. From an early age, I had a passion for numbers, so accounting felt like a natural fit - I quickly realised how rewarding it is to make finances clear and stress-free for others.
I love seeing the direct impact of my work. Whether it’s helping the company grow, plan ahead, or improve efficiency, I know that my role helps the team make confident decisions. I hope our clients also appreciate how our financial process makes their experience seamless, with clear communication, accurate invoicing, and smooth administration from their first booking to the final certificate.
I have recently helped streamline our financial systems by improving how we manage training bookings and accounts, so the team can focus on delivering high-quality training rather than worrying about paperwork. A small change that made a big difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, catching live music or a good film, and staying active through sports. I find it’s a great work-life balance for me - helping me unwind and recharge.
