Millennium Hotels is a respected hospitality group with a strong presence across the UK. After a successful training session for their Plymouth team earlier this year, they decided to bring advanced first-aid training to their London site.

Staff learned how to handle a range of workplace injuries and illnesses, from common incidents to more serious emergencies. 
 
The program also focused on building confidence, enabling participants to act quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations. 
 
This advanced training also provided staff with opportunities to grow professionally, particularly by helping them qualify for certifications like the SIA (Security Industry Authority) accreditation.
